Hotel “Rēderi ” is situated just 300m from the coast of the Gulf of Riga and 5km from Roja . But those who are searching for calm holidays, while being next to sea can relax , take a walk , and enjoy North - Kurzemes seashore. It is very special because of its rocky beach ,shore pines and dunes. Everything together makes fabulous views of nature and makes a family holidays unforgettable all the year round.

Approximately 1.5 km from Kaltenes beach there is large stone piles that are called “kalvas”. Katenes kalvas are very unique because there is no other place near Latvian coastline where you can see this nature phenomenon. We suggest to visit a path that is made specially for Kltenes kalvas sightseeing, which you can enjoy together with your family and children and even then if you are travelling alone.

There is an another path that is approximately 800 m long, this path offers you to see leading Latvian and migratory birds. It have two viewing platforms and tower for bird watching that people can use throughout the year. Bird watching can turn into an interesting adventure for the whole family. Along the hotel is bikeway. During late summer and early autumn you can pick berries and mushrooms in Kaltene woods.

We offer accommodation to young people and small groups of tourists. You can organize celebrations and banquets in Cafe and if is good weather on terrace. we are also offering separate house with bathhouse complex and fireplace hall for your rest, relaxation and for celebrations and banquets.
